Beautiful coaster but trouble with water resistance.

I bought this coaster some weeks ago and love it. It’s absolutely beautiful.

However, I’ve noticed that after using it daily, the condensation on the coaster has caused the fibres on the product to fray.

It may just be faulty, however, it seems as thought the product needs an extra treatment to ensure water resistance.

thank you for your review, we're happy you're enjoying your coaster. We found that any more treatment caused the coasters to lose much of their appeal and to be honest we've not actually had one fray at all. Let us know the next time you order and we'll throw a replacement in.
