Gets one star for the smell, it’s nice and natural but that’s as far as the positives go. It does not remove or prevent mould and the product actually leaked out of the bottle in my cupboard so I lost 50% of it. It also was not full on arrival. I was really hoping this was going to be as good as it sounds but I’m very disappointed. Upon requesting a refund I was told I had to send photos (which I had nothing to send as you couldn’t see anything only smell the strong smell in my cupboard and the bottle was nearly empty) and that I would be sent a new bottle which I declined as I didn’t want any more product I wanted a refund for the waste. They went on about the type of plastic that the bottle is and how it’s impossible for it to have leaked etc etc basically insinuating I am a liar so I’m sure they either won’t post my review or they’ll leave a comment defending themselves like they did in their response to me rather than issuing a refund like they should. Don’t waste your money!

I done what it said I need to do and I’m happy with the results so far.
