❓ Retail Floor FAQ
"Is it safe around kids and pets?"
Yes — all Green Goo products are family safe and pet safe. Made from natural essential oils, not harsh chemicals.
"How is it different from bleach?"
Bleach makes mould look gone by bleaching the colour out — the mould is still alive and comes back. Green Goo kills the mould organism. It also won't damage surfaces or fabrics the way bleach can.
"Which product should I start with?"
For active mould: start with Anti Mould Spray (or Heavy Duty if it's bad). Once the mould is killed, add Power Crystals or Blu Goo to prevent it coming back.
"What's the difference between Anti Mould Spray and Heavy Duty?"
Same essential oil base, but Heavy Duty is significantly stronger and designed to stick to porous surfaces like carpet, fabric, and wood. If standard spray hasn't worked, step up to Heavy Duty.
"What's the difference between Power Crystals and Blu Goo?"
Identical function — both are passive gel diffusers that kill airborne mould. The only difference is scent: Power Crystals smells like Tea Tree/Clove; Blu Goo smells like Lavender.
"Do I need anything else to use the gel products?"
